Next?"Next?" called the smiling nurse from over her clipboard. The entire line moved forward one step and the man first in line stepped into the operating room. I heard the noises I had been hearing since about midway through the line; the sounds of chainsaws and screams. A smile graced my lips; I was so very happy. I was only two places away...so very, very near... The operating room doors opened once again. The man was now gone, same as all the others had been. "Next?" said the smiling nurse from over her clipboard. The woman that was next in line stepped forward, and once again the large doors closed. TNext?
